Parkour is a very personal experience. Learning your body and feeling its reciprocity, or how moving sides of the body are always alternating (right leg steps forward/left arm reciprocates). This leads into ambidextrous movement of the body and strengthening the unit tenfold. There is no left or right in Parkour, only strong and strong.
