Tips and tricks
- Watch the foot placement
- Find a slanted surface
Utilizing a slanted wall eliminates a lot of the friction/foot slipping fears and issues. However, the greater the slant the more dangerous it can become. You don't want to land on the surface you placed your foot on.
- Eliminate the lean back
The natural reaction when learning a Wall Flip is to lean back in order to protect your face from hitting the wall. Just remember this isn't a middle school dance, get nice and close, but don't kiss her...yet.
