What Is Parkour?
Parkour is about becoming the best you, you can be. It's a tool for digging deep into yourself and expressing yourself through physical movements. There are a set of movements that are associated with parkour (vaulting, swinging, jumping, climbing and shoulder rolling) that set individuals up for improved physical and mental strength, precision, creativity and expression. Hence, the association with parkour and rooftops, they're simply expressing themselves much more "vigorously" than most. whether the challenge is big or small, it's about your own individual path and progression happens at the pace you set.
