                                        Picture

We have 5 classes a week at Goodson that are broken down into 3 categories

                                        Beginner

In these classes we are focused on getting you in touch with your body. We do this by repetitive drills of some interesting movement. At the same we begin to strengthen the body and the mind with some core conditioning. We train the basics of safety and core vaulting, as well as , focus on climbing and other wall based movement. The average beginner can be expected to be in these classes for about 3 months.

                                        These classes are on Friday 7pm - 9:30pm and Sunday 9am - 12pm

                                        Intermediate

Get ready to have your ass handed to you. These classes are no joke. In the intermediate classes we turn up the heat on both technique and conditioning. There is a strong focus on removing blocks and walls that can impair your training. We drill vaults and precisions like there is no tomorrow and climbing becomes like second nature. We will push your skills to the limit and you will be asked to do things that seem somewhat impossible. The best part is, when you get it, you only have to do it 499 more times!!!!! Physical conditioning is a key element in these classes as we are sculpting the body to do the amazing and the unimaginable and you'll need every bit of strength you can get to do it.

This class tones bodies like no other and most students are exhausted in the first 20 minutes. If you can't keep up, don't step up. If you step up, expect no mercy. And when you are done, hold you head up high and be proud of what you have accomplished.

                                        These classes are on Tuesday 7pm - 9:30pm and Sunday 9am - 12pm

                                        Advanced

The advanced class is all about your personal development. In these classes you are allowed to open up and explore your skills and figure out which direction you want to go. After all, you just spent the past 6-9 months building a solid body, strong foundation of skills and superior problem solving ability. Now its time to see where it takes you.

These classes are a different kind of class where you are free to roam and romp the way you see fit (as long as you are training!!!!) and focus on the things that you want to learn. In these classes you are constantly surrounded by higher caliber athletes in various forms of movement and all are willing to contribute to your knowledge base..........its up to you to expand your horizons

                                        These classes are on Monday 7:30pm - 9:30pm, Tuesday 7pm - 9:30pm, Friday 7pm - 9:30pm, Sunday 9am - 12pm, Sunday 4pm - 6pm
