Who are your inspirations? and why?
my inspirations are Bruce Lee and my father. Lee has helped me understand new ways to look at the world and the people around me. to look at not only what i do but what others do from more than one perspective. humility, kindness and to be like water. My father (Sam Frazier IV) is my other inspiration. i remember long conversations when i was younger about life, right and wrong, and other topics while we played games of chess. I loved it. even now we still have discussions like those in the past. he has been there for me in the past and will be forever.

What is your goal with Parkour and your life?
My main goal in parkour is to treat it as a skill. like my Tang Soo Do, I train so incase i ever have to protect myself or others i can. same with parkour. if i ever have to run, i can. with life i hope one day to get in to the stunt business, using my acrobatic skills and martial arts to double in movies. eventually becoming a stunt choreographer. I love putting together scenes and thinking of ways for people to fight and run using different moves.

What is your honest opinion of Tranquil Movement?
I love what tranquil Movement has become. i remember when it was just starting out and training with you guys at artsports. i would pester you to teach me something new or come up with some crazy move that seemed impossible for you all to try. i did that cause i new i would never be able to try it. but Tranquil Movement has inspired me to follow what i want as peacefully as possible. for me Tranquil Movement means that the journey is what is important. not the destination. its called tranquil MOVEMENT not tranquil end of movement. its that moment in which you live at that point. in time. that one movement. that one Tranquil Movement.

Greatest obstacle you are overcoming or have overcome?
the greatest obstacle for me to over come that i am still trying to over come everyday is my anxiety of failing. i am terrified of it. so i push harder everyday to not disappoint others or show them that i am a failure.

Anything else we should know about you?
last thing you should know, i am a 2nd dan (degree) black belt of Tang Soo Do and head instructor at United States Tang Soo Do Colorado springs branch. my style of fighting and movement is based around the study of the four elements, Earth, Fire , Water, and Air/Wind. each of my movements is unique to one of these and i wear a necklace with a ring on it that depicts these four elements with there chinese symbol.

Sam Frazier...YOU ARE AWESOME!!! It has been an honor getting to know you over the years. Your progression of not only the physical but mental is astonishing! Proud to have you be a part of the Tranquil Family! Much love my man.
