Who are your inspirations? and why? 
     My parents are my inspirations because they are incredibly athletic and talented people. They both worked extremely hard for all that they accomplished. I look up to them so much and I wouldn't be where I am today without their support!!
My teammates are also my inspiration. They taught me everything I know when it comes to freerunning and they have opened my eyes to so much more!

What is your goal with Parkour and your life? 
     My goal is to progress the movement in the best way I know how and that is simply to move. As long as I can continue to play around and move I will be a happy person. My goal is also to inspire more women to get involved. I want to show them through my actions that girls can have just as much fun and just as much success as the guys can. 

What is your honest opinion of Tranquil Movement? 
     Justin is an amazing and talented, not just freerunner, but person as well. He has helped to progress this art form in several of the Art of Motion competitions and has had a lot of success!! Baby John is so inspiring to me because although he is young, he doesn't act like it. He just hangs out and trains just like anyone else. He has no ego and is a pleasure to be around. Big things will come from Baby John, Justin, and all of Tranquil Movement!!

Greatest obstacle you are overcoming or have overcome? 
    I would have to say being a women. I hate to say it but it's true. I can't jump as high or as far as the guys but it doesn't matter. That is what people need to understand. This art form is all about freedom. Whatever path you choose is the right path. Anyone can do it!!

Anything else we should know about you? 
    This sport has changed everything about me. It has opened my eyes to limitless possibilities and has given me the opportunity to explore my true self. I wish everyone could experience the knowledge only a freerunner understands :)
