Who are your inspirations? and why?
This may sound a little conceited, but I try to inspire myself.  My love for the things I do is my inspiration.  That being said, there are several qualities in others that inspire me.  Honesty and hard work are two of the most inspiring qualities I see in others.  I will always be more inspired by good character than intelligence or skill.  I am always more impressed by others when I see them put forth good, honest, effort and when they try to be the best they can.

What is your goal with Parkour and your life?
My goal in life is to be better than myself before.  I desire to keep improving myself, so that I can be a better person and a person who becomes more adept at what he does.
My goal for parkour is to have fun.  It's a great way to keep myself active, moving, and healthy.  Training parkour keeps me sane, alert, and helps me become a better person.  I love the community and I absolutely love moving.  I don't think I could ever stop training Parkour.  Improving my abilities within parkour helps keep parkour fun and challenging.  However, I have very little desire to become a skilled parkour practitioner.  My goal is purely to have a fun, healthy experience.

What is your honest opinion of Tranquil Movement?
Everyone in Tranquil Movement has been extremely hospitable to me.  They have been immediately friendly and welcoming - even before I got to know many of them.  Even though they are all very skilled athletes, I admire them because they are wonderful human beings, not because of their athletic skill.

Greatest obstacle you are overcoming or have overcome?
As I stated before, I am a person who is constantly trying to better himself.  In the past, this has left me very discontented.  I was never happy with where I was in life.  The biggest obstacle I have overcome is learning to be content.  I've learned to be very happy with my current situation and with how far I've come in achieving my personal goals.

Anything else we should know about you?
I absolutely love math and physics.  I don't think I'd ever be able to have a job where I wasn't doing something technical in some way or another.  As I've grown to see the beauty in them, they have become a necessary part of my life.  I feel like I could easily write a book discussing the commonalities between math and parkour.  The similarities regarding state of mind and progression are incredibly apparent.   I also love teaching.  I recommend that everyone finds a job they love going to, as I have done.

Jeremy you are always a pleasure to have around, from day one, we have done nothing but laugh, laugh and talk...physics! Your kindness and supportive nature is something to truly be admired. You inspire me every time we hang out. Keep up the great work! We got your back.
