It has been an amazing adventure as of yet, with my 21st birthday right around the corner, I couldn't feel more blessed. The gift of life is the greatest gift we have been given. The ability to fall and stand back up, to feel faith in our actions, have hope in our hearts and express love to all things. It makes each breath more meaningful.

so....

     As this is the first post. I felt the need to leave it fairly vague. However, with time, like all things, it will mature. I am hoping to turn this blog into a reference tool for anyone who is seeking guidance and support as they adventure on their own to unlock the happiness, peace, love and light already residing inside of them.

I would like to hear you discuss how free runners can give back to and support the enviroments in which they find so much support and growth - about completing that circle and giving back.
